Woodstock Lofts is the redevelopment of the historic Woodstock Elementary School (403 West Court Street) and the historic bank building (114 West Court Street) into upscale apartment and commercial spaces. Project design is underway now, expected completion is late summer/early fall 2021.

REDEVELOPMENT IN PROCESS! These two historic sites are being concurrently redeveloped into a mixed-use project, including market-rate rental housing – studio, one-, and two- bedroom “loft-style” residences – known as Woodstock Lofts. The historic bank building will also offer first-floor commercial spaces for lease fronting Court Street. The parking and grounds at both sites will be revamped as part of this combined project. The historic features will be preserved and highlighted as this project utilizes federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits, so the redevelopment design is overseen by both the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and the federal National Park Service. The project Developer is Echelon Resources, Inc.
