Once complete, Woodstock Lofts will offer a variety of workspaces and related amenities.  These workspaces will impress with the stunning finishes and layouts and the available amenity packages.  You and your team will be situated in a live/work/play complex with ample on-site parking and secure access control/video surveillance.  We are conveniently located just a short stroll from area shops, restaurants and the Town’s rich history.

We can accomodate large clients, as current plans offer 5,000sf-30,000sf of subdividable space for office and/or light industrial uses.

If smaller is better, we also offer private/secure micro-office suites that are all-inclusive with shared amenities with available collaborative/co-working options.

The Woodstock Lofts project is being redeveloped by Echelon Resources, an experienced development team with a long history of success with adaptive reuse projects.  This project utilizes both federal and Virginia historic rehabilitation tax credits which require that any significant historic features be preserved and highlighted. The project plans are reviewed in detail and approved by both the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and the National Park Service, with regards to compliance with the U.S. Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.  Project delivery is expected in Fall 2018.
