There are a total of 17 cleverly-designed apartments (and 2 office suites in the Bank). Studio apartments rent starting at $995/month and one-bedroom apartments rent starting at $1,200/month. Please contact us for office lease rates.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, we charge an application fee to apply (to cover the background check cost), so Apply Now! Applicant’s gross monthly income should be at least 3 times monthly rent.
How much is the security deposit?
The typical security deposit amount is the equivalent to the rent for 1 month, contingent on the outcome of the required background check.
What is included in the rent?
We provide basic high-speed Internet, water/sewer, and trash service. Also, all units are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.
How do I arrange a tour?

How long is your lease?
Traditional 12-month lease terms are available. If you need shorter terms, please inquire for variable short term pricing. Minimum lease term is 6 months.
